WRGO RADIO LLC is selling Oldies WRGO (FUN 102.7)/CEDAR KEY, FL to WGUL-FM, INC. for $40,000.

In other filings with the FCC, BRUCE H. LINDER is selling his 51% of O-TOWN COMMUNICATIONS, INC., licensee of Country KRKN (NEW COUNTRY 104.3)/ELDON, IA; Classic Rock KKSI (101.5 KISS FM)/EDDYVILLE, IA; and News-Talk KBIZ-A-K274CV, Oldies KLEE-A-K299BA, Top 40 KOTM-F (97.7 TOM FM), and AC KTWA/OTTUMWA, IA, to 49% partner GREGORY H. LIST for $1 million ($400,000 cash, $600,00 in a 5% note).

LEATHERSTOCKING MEDIA GROUP, INC. is selling Silent WFBL-A/SYRACUSE, NY to CRAIG FOX's WOLF RADIO, INC. for $275,000.

EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY has filed for an STA to operate K258AO/MIDLAND, TX with primary station TOWNSQUARE MEDIA Sports KMND-A (FOX SPORTS 1510)/MIDLAND, TX at a new site.  The FCC previously ordered the translator to cease rebroadcasting the licensee's noncommercial KENW-F/PORTALES, NM because it needed to use satellite delivery of the signal rather than off-air reception.

FRIENDS OF CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W239CF/ALBION, MI to LAFAYETTE TV, LLC for $38,000.  The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WSHY-A (FOX SPORTS 1410)/LAFAYETTE, IN.

And LAKELAND SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH has closed on the assignment of noncommercial Religion WQMN/MINOCQUA, WI to RADIO 74 INTERNATIONALE for no consideration.
