EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping W297BF/BIRMINGHAM, AL to SUMMIT MEDIA's SM-WZNN, LLC for W271BN/BIRMINGHAM.  W297BF rebroadcasts SUMMIT MEDIA Triple A WPYA-HD2 (BIRMINGHAM MOUNTAIN RADIO)/BIRMINGHAM; W271BN rebroadcasts SUMMIT MEDIA AC WENN-A (EASY 102.1)/BIRMINGHAM.

The sales by NORTHERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY of Triple A WNKU/HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, KY-CINCINNATI, OH to BIBLE BROADCAST CORP. for $1.9 million has been filed with the FCC.  The deal was announced in FEBRUARY but not filed until now.  NKU's sale of trimulcast partner WNKE/NEW BOSTON, OH-HUNTINGTON, WV to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $700,000 plus 75% of the net proceeds of the spin-off sale by EMF of Contemporary Christian WEKV (K-LOVE)/SOUTH WEBSTER, OH-HUNTINGTON, WV has been filed as well but has not yet appeared in the FCC database.

KBUF PARTNERSHIP has requested a Silent STA for KWKR/LEOTI, KS due to vandalism and a weather delay in repairs.

ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for KTIL-A/NETARTS, OR due to a failure in the station's transmitter and feed line.

NEWPORT BROADCASTING COMPANY has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KTPA/PRESCOTT, AR due to transmitter failure.

CAMELON FOUNDATION has requested a Silent STA for KCFS-LP/EL DORADO HILLS, CA due to a transmitter malfunction.

And LARRY MARINER has closed on his sale of 5,630 shares of FORUM BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of Spanish Variety KLTO-A (EXITOS LATINO) and Country KDLK-F/DEL RIO, TX, to VP/Sales TRAVIS MARINER for $480,000 plus 50% of outstanding accounts receivable.  TRAVIS MARINER owns 55 shares of the company; the transaction gives him 100% control.
