RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING LICENSEE, LLC has sold Sports WWXX/BUCKLAND, VA (simulcast of WTEM-A (ESPN 980)/WASHINGTON) to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $250,000 cash.

In other filings with the FCC, CSSI NON-PROFIT EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling noncommercial KSQX/SPRINGTOWN, TX and KQXS/STEPHENVILLE, TX to BRAZOS TV, INC. for $450,000 ($10,000 down, $190,000 cash, $250,000 in a promissory note).

AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K263BL/CARSON CITY, NV to NEVADA PUBLIC RADIO for $50,000.   The translator's listed primary station is noncommercial KVNV/SUN VALLEY, NV.

The price for which GREAT EASTERN RADIO LLC is selling three stations -- Rock WLKZ (THE HAWK 104.9)/WOLFEBORO, NH; Sports WZEI (SPORTSRADIO 101.5)/MEREDITH, NH; and News-Talk WTPL (THE PULSE 107.7)/HILLSBORO, NH -- to DIRK NADON's LAKES MEDIA is $2.6 million.  The price was not disclosed at the time the deal was announced.

AANIIIH NAKODA COLLEGE has requested a Silent STA for KGVA/FORT BELKNAP AGENCY, MT due to delays in repairing damage to the transmission line and lighting.

And JESUS ES SENOR has closed on the assignment of low power KVLJ-LP/VICTORIA, TX to VICTORIA TEXAS COMMUNITY RADIO for $10,000.

Also, BONNEVILLE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION has closed on the sale of Gospel KMVP-A (GOSPEL 860)/PHOENIX to FARMWORKER EDUCATIONAL NETWORK, INC. for $800,000.  The station is currently being operated by HENRI-DELTA CO. LLC under an LMA that commenced JULY 12, 2010 and expired on DECEMBER 21. 2012 and can be terminated at any time.  KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the deal.
