WALLER BROADCASTING, INC./WALLER MEDIA, LLC is selling Silent KLJT/JACKSONVILLE, TX; KFRO/GILMER, TX; KMPA/PITTSBURG, TX; and KZXM/BULLARD, TX to EAST TEXAS RESULTS MEDIA, LLC for $1.2 million. The stations were abruptly taken off the air in AUGUST 2016 after the death of owner DUDLEY WALLER, under the direction of his daughter SUSIE.

In other filings with the FCC, GEORGIA EAGLE MEDIA, INC. is selling Adult Standards WCEH-A/HAWKINSVILLE, GA; Adult Standards WCEH-F/PINEHURST, GA; Hot AC WDXQ-A and W244CL (96Q)/COCHRAN, GA; and Country WWKM/ROCHELLE, GA to CENTRAL GEORGIA RADIO LLC for $150,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.

YING BENNS' WFLI, INC. is selling Silent WFLI-A/LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN-CHATTANOOGA, TN to EVAN STONE and MARSHALL BANDY's TRI-STATE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $100,000.

PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is donating Religion WJIK/FULTON, AL to FAMILY WORSHIP CENTER CHURCH, INC.

APEX MEDIA CORPORATION has filed for a Silent STA for WALI/BURTON, SC "while the licensee reviews the implementation of the community of license changed per BPH-20161020ABE."

ROCKET RADIO CORPORATION has requested a Silent STA for K256DB/GLOBE, AZ due to interference complaints from first-adjacent low-power FM KRWV-LP/GOLD CANYON, AZ.

The FCC also cancelled the license of JESSE C. ROSS AND ERNESTINE A. ROSS for Religion daytimer WSAO-A/SENATOBIA, MS under the "red light" rule for delinquency of fee payments owed to the Commission.  A 2015 "red light" letter requiring payment was not met with a response by the licensees.
