The BROADCASTING BOARD OF GOVERNORS has joined the BBC, DEUTSCHE WELLE, and FRANCE MÉDIAS MONDE as co-sponsor of an international website initiative to help people get around attempts to censor internet information.  BYPASS CENSORSHIP, at bypasscensorship.org, offers information on downloading and using security tools to circumvent government censorship.
