The estate of GEORGE V. DOMERESE is selling Southern Gospel KWXT-A/DARDANELLE, AR to BRADFORD CALDWELL's CALDWELL MEDIA LLC for $50,000.

In other filings with the FCC, RED MOUNTAIN BROADCASTING, LLC is selling W235BS/BIRMINGHAM, AL to COURTNEY FRENCH BROADCASTING, LLC for $385,000.  The translator, which presently airs the Alternative "ALT 94.9" format from iHEARTMEDIA's WQEN-HD3/BIRMINGHAM, will rebroadcast Urban Oldies WATV-A (900 GOLD)/BIRMINGHAM.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has requested an extension of its Silent STA for W291BV/SOLON, OH while it builds a new facility.

BRETT E. MILLER has closed on the sale of Country KHKF/ISLAND CITY, OR to XANA OREGON, LLC for $50,000.  The buyer has been programming the station under a time brokerage agreement since JUNE 1, 2016 and exercised an option to buy the station outright.

COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of K276FZ/EAGLEMOUNT, WA (now K300DH/PORTLAND) to SALEM MEDIA OF OREGON, INC. for $40,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast News-Talk-Business KDZR-A (TALK 1640)/LAKE OSWEGO-PORTLAND, OR.

MY TOWN MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of K231AY/EMPORIA, KS to AGAPE COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $42,000.  The translator is being moved to WICHITA to rebroadcast Religion-Adult Standards KSGL-A/WICHITA.

And XANA OREGON, LLC has closed on the sale of K230BW/KENNEWICK, WA to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for $75,000.
