Condolences to family and friends of former CHICAGO talk radio host TED LAUTERBACH, who died JULY 31st at 70, according to an obituary in the CHICAGO TRIBUNE. ROBERTFEDER.COM adds that LAUTERBACH passed away after a battle with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and congestive heart failure.
LAUTERBACH hosted shows at WIND-A (overnights, 1982-83), WCFL-A (Sundays, 1984), WLS-A (1989-90), and WMAQ-A (evening "SPORTS HUDDLE" co-host with STEVE OLKEN and TOM GREENE and overnights, 1994) and also did voiceover work and worked as GM/PD at cable system TELE-COMMUNICATIONS INC.
