And PUNJABI AMERICAN MEDIA, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KLHC-A/BAKERSFIELD, CA while it rebuilds the station and awaits approval of its Form 301 application to acquire the facility.

Also, RANDY MICHAELS' RADIOACTIVE LLC is avoiding a hearing on the license renewal for WRAX/LAKE ISABELLA, MI by turning in the license for the station.  The FCC had last week designated the license renewal for a hearing, the first renewal hearing to be heard by the Commission itself rather than an Administrative Law Judge, to decide whether WRAX should be renewed after being on the air only one day a year since its initial license was granted seven years ago, but the surrender of the license makes the issue moot.
