Veteran talk and sports host CHRISTOPHER GABRIEL will take over afternoons at JOHN AND KATRINA OSTLUND Sports KFIG-A (940 ESPN)/FRESNO starting MONDAY (8/28).  GABRIEL previously hosted at crosstown iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk KALZ-F-KRZR-A (POWER TALK 96.7 and AM 1400) and FORUM News-Talk WDAY-A/FARGO, ND.

On his website, GABRIEL, who came to talk radio in 2005 after working as a classically-trained actor and hosted at WDAY in 2009-15, wrote, "I have accepted an offer to be the afternoon drive host on 940 ESPN here in FRESNO. At the time of this writing, we’ve not yet decided if the CGP (CHRISTOPHER GABRIEL PROGRAM) will be 3-6 pm or 4-7 pm, both times Pacific....
