Beasley Media/Charlotte Stages Food Backpack Collection Campaign

The BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP/CHARLOTTE cluster of Country WSOC (New 103.7), Top 40 WNKS (Kiss 95.1), Urban WPEG (Power 98), Urban AC WBAV (V101.9), Classic Southern Rock WBCN (94.7 SMOKE), and AC WKQC (K104.7) will co-host a massive food backpack collection on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 4th. The event will benefit local children in need of weekend meals. Employees from all six BEASLEY MEDIA/CHARLOTTE stations and HENDRICK AUTOMOTIVE GROUP will come together to fill more than 1,000 backpacks with nutritious, easy-to-prepare and ready-to-eat non-perishable food items for children who do not have regular access to food outside of school. In addition, BMLG RECORDS' BRETT YOUNG, who will be performing at COYOTE JOE’s the same night, will be on site to lend a helping hand at the event.
