CHARLES M. ANDERSON is selling W241CK/JEFFERSONVILLE, IN to RYAN MEDIA LLC for $200,000.  The translator rebroadcasts Sports WXVW-A (BIG X SPORTS RADIO)/JEFFERSONVILLE-LOUISVILLE.

In other filings with the FCC, COMMUNITY COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WKSG/CEDAR CREEK, FL; the licensee bought the station on JANUARY 4th and it had been silent due to antenna problems.  The new owner also plans to change the calls to WMFV.

PENTECOSTAL TEMPLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has filed for an STA to operate WGBN-A/MCKEESPORT, PA on a non-directional basis with 1kw daytime and 0.25 kw nighttime because it has lost its licensed daytime site.

And MEDIA MINING GROUP, LLC has closed on the transfer of Spanish Talk KRDD-A/ROSWELL, NM to CARLOS ESPINOZA; the transferor is comprised of the three children of the late TRINNIE B. ESPINOZA (VALERIE, CHOLENE, and REGINALDO III), and CARLOS is the grandchildren's uncle.
