'Radio Detective' Jerry Pearce Dead At 76

Condolences to family and friends of JERRY PEARCE, the former police detective who hosted "THE RADIO DETECTIVE" locally in FRESNO, CA and LOS ANGELES and nationally via syndication and, briefly, podcasts, who died last MONDAY (1/8) in PRATHER, CA after a battle with chronic pulmonary obstructive disease at 76, according to the FRESNO BEE.

PEARCE started his radio show on KFRE-A/FRESNO in 1996 and later moved the show to KMPH-F/FRESNO and KTRB-A/MODESTO.  The show then aired on KRLA-A/LOS ANGELES, KBIF-A/FRESNO, and in syndication via GENESIS COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK.
