Rumors become reality, as EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS has reached agreements in principle to sell its ST. LOUIS stations, Classic Rock KSHE and Alternative KPNT (105.7 THE POINT) to HUBBARD RADIO, and News/Talk KFTK (FM News Talk 97.1 FM) and Hot AC KNOU (96.3 NOW FM) to ENTERCOM COMMUNICATIONS. 

The transactions are subject to the completion and execution of definitive purchase agreements and the satisfaction of any conditions contained in such agreements. Terms have not been disclosed.
