Entercom/San Diego Lineup Changes At KXSN, KYXY, And A New Moniker For KBZT

KBZT Rebrands As ALT 94.9

ENTERCOM/SAN DIEGO has made several lineup adjustments at Classic Hits KXSN and AC KYXY as well as name change for Alternative KBZT, effective TODAY (2/1),

The new KXSN (SUNNY 98.1) lineup will be:

• Mornings: AJ AND SARA   
• Midday: DAVE MASON                                 
• Afternoon Drive: GENE KNIGHT (Aka THE GREENER) 
• Nights: BROOKS O’BRIAN

The new KYXY lineup will be:  

• Mornings: SUSAN DEVINCENT
• Midday: DOROTHY TRAN 
• Afternoon Drive: JOE ROSATI            
• Evenings: SHERRY KNIGHT   

Meanwhile, KBZT has new name, switching from "FM 94.9" to "ALT 949." 

VP/Market Mgr. BOB BOLINGER said, “I’m thrilled about our new line-ups on these two great SAN DIEGO radio stations. After sixteen years, KBZT continues to define the format and the addition of the ‘ALT’ to the moniker solidifies its place in the market as the Alternative Music leader.”
