DARBY ADVERTISING, INC. is selling Classic Hits WMJZ-F (EAGLE 101.5)/GAYLORD, MI to BRYAN D. HOLLENBAUGH's 45 NORTH MEDIA INC. for $750,000 ($25,000 deposit, $25,000 cash at closing, the remainder in a promissory note).

In other filings with the FCC, RADIO CENTER OF JACKSON, INC., through bankruptcy trustee TERRIE S. OWENS, is selling Silent WRJX-A and WHOD/JACKSON, AL and WBMH/GROVE HILL, AL, along with an application for an FM translator to rebroadcast WRJX, to PINE CITY RADIO, LLC for $200,000 plus an LMA before closing to return the stations to the air.

VIC MICHAELS' CEDAR COVE BROADCASTING, INC. is swapping K215FM/FORT COLLINS, CO to CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. for K220GI/CAMP VERDE, AZ.  CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has also asked the FCC for a Silent STA for K220IK/LIMON, CO while a new lease is negotiated.

TED W. AUSTIN, JR. has requested a Silent STA for K267BV/JACKSON, WY after losing permission to rebroadcast its primary station.

INSPIRATIONAL FAMILY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Religion KRTK-A (CROSS TALK 1490)/CHUBBUCK-POCATELLO, ID to TED AUSTIN's SNAKE RIVER RADIO, LLC for $20,000.

And HOPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF MARLTON, INC. has closed on the sale of W292FD/READING, PA to CALVARY CHAPEL BIBLE BROADCASTING for $1.  The translator will rebroadcast low-power FM WLEB-LP/LEBANON, PA.

In a deal yet to be filed with the Commission, CHERRY CREEK MEDIA is selling Classic Country KLMR-A and Classic Rock KLMR-F (93.5 THE CURVE)/LAMAR, CO and Oldies KBLJ-A and Country KTHN (THUNDER COUNTRY)/LA JUNTA, CO to AARON LEIKER's 25-7 MEDIA, INC. for an undisclosed price.
