Dax Shepard Unveils 'Armchair Expert' Podcast

Actor DAX SHEPARD has a new podcast of his own, debuting "ARMCHAIR EXPERT" TODAY (2/14) with three episodes.  The series will have SHEPARD using his sobriety, improv training, and anthropology degree to probe guests' lives to "discover human ‘truths’ in the great tradition of 16th century scientists. That is, without any laboratory work, clinical trials or data collection, thus becoming an Armchair Expert."  The results will be fact-checked at the end of each episode.

“I love talking to people. I am endlessly fascinated by the messiness of being human, and I find people who are vulnerable and honest about their struggles and shortcomings to be incredibly sexy,” said SHEPARD. “I invite you to join me as I explore other people’s stories. We will celebrate their work and successes, but more importantly the challenges and set-backs that ultimately lead to growth and betterment.”

The debut episodes feature interviews with his wife KRISTEN BELL, ASHTON KUTCHER, and JOY BRYANT.  Upcoming guests include JIMMY KIMMEL, PETE WENTZ, SETH GREEN, VAN HUNT, CHRIS HARDWICK, and composer BOB MERVAK.
