CUMULUS Top 40/Rhythmic KWIN/STOCKTON PD DANIAL 'JIGGY' DIAZ is shaking up elements of his airstaff.  Beginning MONDAY (3/19), YEA! NETWORKS' syndicated TINO COCHINO RADIO jumps in at night. Immediately following TINO COCHINO RADIO will be LATE NIGHTS WITH Q, a two-hour mixshow featuring JONATHAN 'Q' QUINONEZ.
