A Notice of Violation has been issued by the FCC to THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE INC. for operating low power FM WEXI-LP/HALLANDALE, FL from an unauthorized site 4.63 miles from its licensed coordinates with excessive power.
The Commission also issued Notices of Unlicensed Operation to NNANNA OKORO (87.9 FM, IRVINGTON, NJ); WILLIAM COTTER (104.7 FM, BRIDGEPORT, CT); and CHRISTIAN TORRES and RADIO UNIDAD (100.9 FM, BRIDGEPORT, CT).
