  CITRUS COUNTY ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CITIZENS, INC./KEY TRAINING CENTER Sports WYKE (CBS SPORTS RADIO 104.3)/INGLIS, FL is flipping to Country as WXZC (XZC 104.3) under an LMA to WGUL-FM, INC., reports the CITRUS COUNTY CHRONICLE.
  The LMA includes an option to purchase for $340,000 less LMA payments. The filp is scheduled for this coming SUNDAY, APRIL 15th.
