In other filings with the FCC, JVC MEDIA OF SOUTH FLA, LLC is selling W296DN/BELLE GLADE, FL to SUGAR BROADCASTING, INC. for $125,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Gospel WSWN-A (SUGAR 900)/BELLE GLADE, which the buyer is purchasing and programming under an LMA with the seller.

Control of MINNESOTA VALLEY BROADCASTING CO. , parent of KMHL BROADCASTING COMPANY, licensee of Classic Country-News-Talk KMHL-A-K269GR, Top 40 KKCK, and Sports KNSG (THE FAN)/MARSHALL, MN; Country KARL/TRACY, MN; and K277AI/RUSSELL, MN, and SPRINGFIELD RADIO, INC., licensee of Classic Hits KARZ/SPRINGFIELD, MN, is being transferred from THOMAS LINDER, DOUGLAS LINDER, and JOHN DAVID LINDER to THE JRL REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2015.  THOMAS LINDER will receive $2,665,880 for his interest, JOHN DAVID LINDER will receive $2 million plus interest in a promissory note plus $617,983, and DOUGLAS LINDER will receive $1,971,458.
