(RELEVANT RADIO) for an undisclosed price.   KALIL & CO., INC. is serving as exclusive broker for the transaction, which has not appeared in the FCC database as of WEDNESDAY afternoon.

In other filings that did make the FCC database WEDNESDAY, PENFOLD COMMUNICATIONS, INC. is selling K226BT/INDIO, CA to SUNNYLANDS BROADCASTING, L.L.C. for $50,000.  The primary station is listed as Classic Hits KVGH-A (VALLEY 106.5)/THOUSAND PALMS, CA, which currently rebroadcasts on K293CL/THOUSAND PALMS, covering the western portion of the COACHELLA VALLEY.

HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC. has requested an STA to operate Religion KBLC/FREDERICKSBURG,. TX with reduced power from an alternate site after losing its lease.
