FIRST DALLAS MEDIA, INC. is selling Contemporary Christian KCRN-A-F and K232FG/SAN ANGELO, TX to HOUSTON CHRISTIAN BROADCASTERS, INC. for $205,000.

In other filings with the FCC, STARLIGHT BROADCASTING LLC is selling Hot AC KSQB (STAR 92.7), Country KYQT-A (THE COYOTE), and K256DC/BURNS, OR to ALEXANDRA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $75,000 in a promissory note.

MAXIM MOBILE MEDIA, LLC is selling the construction permit for a new FM in BIG SPRING, TX to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $40,000.

KANSAS SACRED HEART RADIO CORPORATION is donating Religion KQSH (SACRED HEART RADIO)/DODGE CITY, KS to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for no consideration.

ARMADA MEDIA - MCCOOK, INC. has applied for an STA to operate Country KXNP (KX104)/NORTH PLATTE, NE with reduced power due to damage to its antenna from a lightning strike.

And SHELBY BROADCAST ASSOCIATES, LLC has filed for an STA to operate W243AP/MOORESVILLE, AL from a temporary site because it cannot contact its licensed site's property owner.

The FCC has also upheld a $1,500 fine against SOUTHEAST TEXAS TELECOM, LLC for a late license renewal application for Silent KLLS-A/BEAUMONT, TX.  The station failed to file its application on time -- by APRIL 3, 2017 -- and instead filed on AUGUST 9th with no explanation.  However, the Commission said it will grant the renewal absent any other issues cropping up; the station never replied to the Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture issued on MARCH 28th.
