Karina Farias Named MD/On-Air At KOIT/San Francisco And KUFX/San Jose, KOIT PM Drive Freska Adds KUFX Middays

BONNEVILLE INTERNATIONAL AC KOIT/SAN FRANCISCO and Classic Rock KUFX/SAN JOSE will welcome KARINA FARIAS as MD/on-air, effective THURSDAY, JULY 5th, while KOIT afternoon host FRESKA will also handle middays on KFOX and BONNEVILLE's KOSI/DENVER afternoon host and former KFOX talent JACKIE SELBY will add weeknights.

FARIAS joins the stations from BRYAN BROADCASTING/COLLEGE STATION, TX, where she served as APD/MD/on-air. She also handled part-time on-air duties at ENTERCOM Country KILT (100.3 THE BULL)/HOUSTON.   

“KARINA’s passion for the radio industry and well-versed programming knowledge makes her the ideal fit for this position,” said KOIT and KUFX PD BRIAN FIGULA. Added FARIAS, "I have been given the opportunity of a lifetime! I'm so excited to join the team at BONNEVILLE/SAN FRANCISCO! Finally, FIGULA has also added former KFOX PD TIM JEFFREYS to remotely host SATURDAY and SUNDAY middays on KFOX beginning JULY 14th.
