FIRST DALLAS MEDIA is selling noncommercial Religion KCBK/FREDERICK-LAWTON, OK-WICHITA FALLS, TX to SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $250,000.
And in the other filing in the FCC database THURSDAY morning, DHA COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has closed on the sale of Gospel WENC-A (POWER 1220)/WHITEVILLE, NC to GODWIN COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $9.370. The buyer has been operating the station under time brokerage agreements since 1995.
The Commission also issued Notices of Unlicensed Operation to JARIL GARCIA (99.3 FM, PATERSON, NJ); MICHAEL COSTA and THE JUICE BROADCASTING NETWORK LLC (89.9 FM, PROVIDENCE, RI); MAGLIE PLAISMOND (97.9 FM, PROVIDENCE, RI); and ROCKAWAY154 LLC (93.7 FM, BROOKLYN).

In CANADA, NEWCAP has received CRTC approval to buy Hot AC CKEC and Classic Rock CKEZ (CLASSIC ROCK 97.9)/NEW GLASGOW, NS from HECTOR BROADCASTING CO. LTD. The deal is expected to close after the closing of the sale of NEWCAP itself to STINGRAY DIGITAL GROUP INC.
