A salary/career survey of women in radio, conducted in cooperation with the group WOMEN IN RADIO, examined their place in the business -- and their view of it. Over 100 women took part in the survey; WOMEN IN RADIO offers a network for over 4,000 women in the radio business.
“We were excited to be able to play a part in this survey by sharing it with our members," WOMEN IN RADIO Founder MEAGHAN TAYLOR said. "However, we are also concerned and saddened by its findings. There’s work to be done in this industry, and we will happily team-up with companies to make change happen.”
