POTOMAC RADIO, LLC is selling Chinese WCRW-A/LEESBURG, VA and NEW WORLD RADIO, INC. is selling Brokered Ethnic WUST-A/WASHINGTON, DC to BRIAN and PATRICIA LANE and DANNY RAY MARSDEN's POTOMAC RADIO GROUP, INC. for a collective $1.5 million ($750,000 for each station).  The LANES are principal owners of MARQUEE BROADCASTING, which owns TV stations in several markets.

In other filings with the FCC, KENT D. SMITH's DARBY ADVERTISING, INC. is selling Classic Hits WUPN (EAGLE 95.1)/PARADISE, MI and booster WUPN-FM1/SAULT STE. MARIE, MI to TIMOTHY S. ELLIS' TSE BROADCASTING LLC for $296,000 in a promissory note plus an LMA before closing.

DAVID L. SMITH is selling Classic Hits WMJT (EAGLE 96.7)/MCMILLAN, MI to TRAVIS SUMBERA's TWO HEARTED MEDIA, LLC for $100,000 in a promissory note plus an LMA before closing.  SMITH filed to swap Country WWSS (STRAITS COUNTRY 95.3)/TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP, MI to BLACK DIAMOND BROADCAST HOLDINGS, LLC for Classic Rock WCHY (THE BEAR)/CHEBOYGAN, MI earlier this year.

THE S. HERSHEL LAKE EXEMPT MARITAL TRUST is selling its controlling interest in RADIO ACQUISITION CORP., licensee of WCRK, WMTN, W227DH, and W289BQ/MORRISTOWN, TN, to LAKEWAY PUBLISHERS INC.  The sale contract was not attached to the application for sale in the FCC database.

EMPIRE BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling W291BY/ALBANY, NY to WMHT EDUCATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS for $275,000.  The primary station will be the buyer's noncommercial WMHT-F/SCHENECTADY.

Applying for STAs were CHAPEL HILL MEDIA GROUP, LLC (WCHL-A/CHAPEL HILL, NC, reduced power fulltime and non-directional at night due to flooding from Hurricane Florence) and iHEARTMEDIA's AMFM RADIO LICENSES, LLC, as debtor-in-possession (WGIG-A/BRUNSWICK, GA, reduced power while de-tuned tower is replaced).

INTERNATIONAL BROADCASTING CORPORATION has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for WRSJ-A/SAN JUAN due to damage from Hurricane Maria.

EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the sale of K286BY/IOWA CITY, IA to CALVARY CHAPEL IOWA for $50,000.  The translator will rebroadcast low power FM KEWR-LP/CEDAR RAPIDS, IA.

And BLUE SKY MEDIA, LLC has closed on the sale of KBUG/WAYNOKA, OK to THE LOVE STATION, INC. for $26,063.

The Commission also issued a Notice of Unlicensed Operation to ODICLAIR JOSEPH and JUNIE PIERRE (98.5 FM, LAUDERHILL, FL).

And the Commission issued a Notice of Violation to AMERICAN MULTI-MEDIA SYNDICATE INC. for operating low power FM WDKK-LP/HOLLYWOOD, FL from an unauthorized site 12.2 km away from the licensed location at a greater height than authorized.
