The price by which JOE SCHWARTZ, JOHN BECK, and DANA WITHERS' STONE CANYON RADIO AND MARKETING, LLC (STONE CANYON OF FLAGSTAFF, LLC) is buying Country KSED-F (107.5 KOLT COUNTRY)/SEDONA, AZ, Classic Rock KWMX (96.7 THE WOLF)/WILLIAMS, AZ, News-Talk KBTK (97.1 THE BIG TALKER)/KACHINA VILLAGE, AZ, and '80s KFLX/CHINO VALLEY, AZ (REWIND 92.5/104.1 FM) plus two KWMX boosters in FLAGSTAFF and SEDONA from GRENAX BROADCASTING II, LLC is $925,000 plus an LMA before closing. The price was not disclosed when STONE CANYON announced the deal YESTERDAY (9/24).
In addition, the price by which CESAR CHAVEZ FOUNDATION is selling noncommercial Regional Mexican KCCF-F (LA CAMPESINA 88.3 FM)/PHOENIX to VCY AMERICA, INC. is $4.9 million. The price was not disclosed when broker KALIL AND CO. announced the deal YESTERDAY (9/24).
Meanwhile, VCY is also buying Silent KRWP/STOCKTON, MO from CUMULUS LICENSING LLC for $100,000.
In other filings with the FCC, TRAVIS MARINER is transferring his 100% interest in FORUM BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of News-Talk KDRN-A and Country KDLK-F/DEL RIO, TX, to LARRY MARINER for release of an APRIL 1, 2017 note.
