CURTIS MEDIA GROUP's CRESCENT MEDIA GROUP LLC is selling Sports WSML-A (TRIAD SPORTS NETWORK)/GRAHAM, NC and the construction permit for W232DT/MEBANE, NC and CURTIS' EASTERN AIRWAVES, LLC is selling W236BO/BURLINGTON, NC to ALAMANCE RADIO GROUP, INC. for $250,000.

In other filings with the FCC, GEOS COMMUNICATIONS is selling W300BT/HAZLETON, PA to OSIRIS FERNANDO GUZMAN for $80,000.  The station rebroadcasts one of CUMULUS' WLEV/ALLENTOWN, PA HD multicast channels, Spanish Hits WLEV-HD3-W221CU/ALLENTOWN (LATINA 92.1).

FLOWING STREAMS CHURCH is assigning low power WVRO-LP/VERO BEACH, FL to WVRO RADIO INC. for no consideration.

WYZE RADIO, INC. has filed for a Silent STA for WYZE-A/ATLANTA because power was cut off due to safety issues arising from construction on an adjacent site.

BIBLE BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has filed for an STA to operate WYBY-A/CORTLAND, NY with reduced power due to problems with its nighttime phasor.

COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC has closed on the sale of KXML/FAIRFIELD, ID to LEE FAMILY BROADCASTING, INC. for $150,000.

And JABELLA BROADCASTING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish noncommercial KPIT (LA CAMPEONA)/PITTSBURG, TX to HOLDSWORTH EDUCATIONAL MEDIA, INC. for $25,000.

Also, THOMAS HUTH REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST has applied for a Silent STA for Country KHEX/CONCOW, CA, the transmitter of which was destroyed by the Camp Fire.  The licensee says it hopes to restore service within 180 days.

BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP LICENSES, LLC has surrendered the construction permit for an auxiliary facility for Rock WRAT/POINT PLEASANT, NJ; the permit had been tolled since 2015 due to a zoning denial that led to legal proceedings.  With the cancellation of the CP, WRAT is presently listed as deleted from the FCC database with a "D" designation before the call letters, but the license was renewed in 2012 and a separate permit to move to a new tower one mile southwest from its longtime BELMAR, NJ location.

The FCC also canceled the following construction permits: BOUNDARY COUNTY TRANSLATOR DISTRICT for K247AJ/BONNERS FERRY. ID; EQUAL REPRESENTATION OF MEDIA ADVOCACY CORPORATION for K265ED/SOUTH FORK, CO; and BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE NEVADA SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION for K215DN/CRESCENT VALLEY, NV.

In CANADA, 0971197 B.C. LTD. has applied to the CRTC to sell the license for Silent CIRH/VANCOUVER (the former "ROUNDHOUSE RADIO 98.3") to SUKHVINDER SINGH BADH's SOUTH FRASER BROADCASTING INC. for $600,000.

HARVEST MINISTRIES SUDBURY has won CRTC approval to reduce power and height of CJTK-FM-7/ENGLEHART. ON  from 5,100 to 3,400 watts ERP and 73.2 to 44.5 meters HAAT because the tower could not withstand the weight of the antenna originally approved for the facility, which rebroadcasts Religion CJTK (KFM)/SUDBURY.

And WILLIAM GADE's 5777152 MANITOBA LTD. has been granted a license for a low power "country, pop and rock music format" FM to serve ESTERHAZY, MB with 50 watts at 99.5 FM.
