STINGRAY AC CKUL (MIX 96.5)/HALIFAX is joining the parade of Soft AC converts with the pending repositioning of the station as "96.5 THE BREEZE... HALIFAX'S RELAXING FAVOURITES."  The new image and softer approach will begin on THURSDAY (1/17).
