Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings Announces New Post-Spinoff Board

New Era, New Board

As iHEARTMEDIA emerges from bankruptcy and CLEAR CHANNEL OUTDOOR HOLDINGS, INC. spins off as a standalone company, CCOH has announced the members of its Board of Directors for when it becomes a separate entity.

The board will include former CROWN CASTLE CEO BEN MORELAND; CCOH division CLEAR CHANNEL INTERNATIONAL CEO/Board Chairman WILLIAM ECCLESHARE; BLACKSTONE GROUP Senior Advisor JOHN DIONNE; IBM VP of Cloud Marketplace and SaaS LISA HAMMITT; INNOVATUS CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC Partner/CFO and former UNIVISION Sr. EVP ANDREW HOBSON; Former BARCLAYS CEO of Investment Banking TOM KING; FOX NETWORKS GROUP President of Advertising Revenue JOE MARCHESE;  U.K. advertising agency veteran and former CHANNEL 4 Deputy Chair MT RAINEY; and PIMCO EVP/Credit Analyst JINHY YOON.
