EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is swapping six translators, including W227BF/SHOREVIEW-MINNEAPOLIS, MN; W292DH/PITTSBURGH; W221CR/MEMPHIS; K266BD/CARMEL VALLEY, CA; K253BV/OKLAHOMA CITY; and W248BQ/NASHVILLE, to iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX, LLC in exchange for four full-power FMs presently in the iHEART spin-off ALOHA MEDIA TRUST, Classic Rock WEKL (EAGLE 102.3)/AUGUSTA, GA; Adult Hits WSFF/VINTON-ROANOKE, VA and WSNZ/LYNCHBURG, VA (STEVE FM); and Classic Country WLRX (107.1 THE BEAR)/IRONTON, OH-HUNTINGTON, WV.  

iHEARTMEDIA already programs W227BF as Alternative ALT 93.3, via KQQL-HD2, W292DH with a simulcast of Sports WBGG-A (ESPN PITTSBURGH), W221CR as a simulcast of News-Talk WREC-A/MEMPHIS, K266BD with News-Talk as a simulcast of KION-A (POWERTALK CENTRAL COAST) via KOCN-HD2, K253BV as Regional Mexican 98.5 EL PATRON via KBRU-HD2, and W248BQ as Gospel 97.5 HALLELUJAH FM via WNRQ-HD2.

In other filings with the FCC, ALASKA INTEGRATED MEDIA, INC. is selling Rhythmic AC KMVN (MOVIN' 105.7 FM)/ANCHORAGE, AK and Alternative KZND-F/HOUSTON-ANCHORAGE, AK to ROBERT INGSTAD's LAST FRONTIER MEDIACTIVE, LLC for $1.25 million ($1.15 million cash, $100,000 in trade to be run off within 24 months).

FRC OF ALABAMA, LLC d/b/a FOCUS RADIO COMMUNICATIONS is selling WIEZ-A and W288EB/DECATUR, AL (to be W234DN/ATHENS, AL) to MKRADIO1, LLC for $131,500 ($112,000 in the value of stock held in the seller by JOSHUA BOHN, 33% partner in the buyer as well; $9,500 in forgiveness of debt for engineering services).
