At the same time, PARCHMAN's CUMBERLAND RADIO PARTNERS is transferring Classic Country WVWF (105.1 THE WOLF)/WAVERLY, TN to another PARCHMAN-headed entity, CONSOLIDATED MEDIA LLC for $1.

In other filings with the FCC, NANCY A. EPPERSON's CHESAPEAKE-PORTSMOUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Religion WLES-A/BON AIR-RICHMOND, VA to STUART W. EPPERSON, JR.'s TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $125,000 less a $50,000 credit for a pre-closing LMA.

SAINT MARY'S CATHOLIC CHURCH is transferring low power KACB-LP/COLLEGE STATION, TX to SANTA TERESA CATHOLIC CHURCH for no consideration.
