Entravision Notified Of Late Q4, 2018 Filings

THE NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE has notified ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS CORP. that it was not in compliance with the NYSE's continued listing requirements because it did not timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended DECEMBER 31st, 2018 with the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION. 

ENTRAVISION blamed its tardiness on "expanding business operations and geographical scope, including related to the acquisition of HEADWAY and other digital businesses," but pledged to "work diligently to complete its audit and Form 10-K" and report its Q4 and fiscal year financial results "as soon as practicable."

The Company has six months from APRIL 2nd, 2019 to file its Form 10-K with the SEC.
