Banyan Software Acquires vCreative

BANYAN SOFTWARE has acquired vCREATIVE for an undisclosed price. vCREATIVE founders JINNY LADERER (CEO) and JOHN LADERER (CTO) will continue in their positions and will work alongside BANYAN's management team.
