Luke Combs Invited To Be Newest Grand Ole Opry Member

During his GRAND OLE OPRY appearance last night (6/11), RIVER HOUSE/COLUMBIA NASHVILLE’s LUKE COMBS was surprised by OPRY members CHRIS JANSON, CRAIG MORGAN and JON CONLEE with an invitation to become the newest member of the OPRY cast. “What a career this guy is having,” CONLEE shared onstage, before telling COMBS, “The GRAND OLE OPRY wants you to know, we just love you.”

Both JANSON and MORGAN then asked COMBS, in unison, “How would you like to be the next member of the GRAND OLE OPRY?” An emotional COMBS responded, “Holy cow! Are you serious? ‘Cause if you’re not serious, that’s really mean.”

COMBS will be officially inducted into the OPRY later this year.
