Condolences to family and friends of JOHN JETER, engineer, founder and operator of NEPTUNE RADIO, licensee of low power Rock WZRF-LP (99.3 THE ZURF FM)/WILMINGTON, NC, who died JUNE 13th in WILMINGTON. A death notice published in the RALEIGH NEWS & OBSERVER gave no cause of death.

JETER put the station on the air in DECEMBER 2017.
