Jacobs Media Releases Full Agenda For Podcast Movement 'Broadcasters Meet Podcasters' Track

JACOBS MEDIA has released the full agenda for its third “Broadcasters Meet Podcasters” track at the 2019 edition of PODCAST MOVEMENT, AUGUST 13-16 at the ROSEN SHINGLE CREEK resort in ORLANDO.

Among the highlights are keynotes from iHEART PODCAST NETWORK's CONAL BYRNE, former NPR and AUDIBLE executive ERIC NUZUM, and NBC and MSNBC Exec Producer of Audio STEVE LICKTEIG; a “Podcasting Speed Mentoring” event; a Radio Leadership panel moderated by "GRAMMAR GIRL" MIGNON FOGARTY with ALPHA MEDIA's PHIL BECKER, CORUS' CHRIS "DUNNER" DUNCOMBE, HUBBARD's WHEELER MORRIS, and BONNEVILLE's SHERYL WORSLEY; a public radio panel; a "TED Talks"-style session; and panels on branded podcasts, smart speaker strategies, music rights, the annual "Podcast Makeover" aircheck session, and a live focus group analyzing the "STACKING BENJAMINS" podcast.

“When we attended our first PODCAST MOVEMENT four years ago, there was just a handful of broadcasters in attendance,” said President FRED JACOBS. “Fast forward to 2019 and podcasting has become a significant opportunity for radio companies. Hundreds of radio broadcasters and savvy podcasters will join us this year.”
