(W284DA/CHICAGO, rotating antenna to alleviate interference to WCFL/MORRIS, IL); WESTERN SLOPE COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (KAYW/MEEKER, CO, reduced power because 3-phase power is not yet available at the site); and NEW BEGINNINGS MOVEMENT, INC. (WRFM-A/MUNCIE, IN, temporary operation at reduced power from single tower while awaiting rule change that would allow modification).

WAY MEDIA, INC. has requested a Silent STA for W261CF/JACKSON, TN while equipment repairs are completed.

DON J. TLAPEK has applied for an extension of his Silent STA for K249AW/STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, CO while technical improvements are completed.

MAPLETON LICENSE OF CHICO, LLC has closed on the sale of Rock KFMF (THE HIPPO) and K300AD/CHICO, CA; Top 40 KQPT (107.5 NOW FM)/COLUSA, CA; and Classic Hits KZAP/PARADISE, CA to BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC for $400,000.

APEX MEDIA CORPORATION has closed on the sale of Urban WALJ (105.1 JAMZ, LMAd to SUMMITMEDIA)/NORTHPORT-TUSCALOOSA, AL to TOWNSQUARE MEDIA TUSCALOOSA LICENSE, LLC for $700,000. The station has relaunched, still Urban, as 105.1 THE BLOCK.

BLISS COMMUNICATIONS, INC.'s SOUTHERN WISCONSIN BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of News-Talk WCLO-A-W224DE and Country WJVL/JANESVILLE, WI to BEN THOMPSON, CEO of BIG RADIO is $5.75 million plus $1 million for a noncompete agreement. KALIL & CO. served as broker for the buyer in the deal.

And PORT BROADCASTING, LLC has closed on the sale of Contemporary Christian WLGF/GULFPORT, MS to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $362,000. The station, formerly WXYK, became an affiliate of EMF's K-LOVE network on MARCH 1st.
