  Singer R. KELLY's been charged in HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTA with soliciting a minor for sexual purposes. The incident reportedly happened eighteen years ago in MINNEAPOLIS. The HENNEPIN COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE made the announcement TODAY (8/5). KELLY is already facing numerous charges in CHICAGO and NEW YORK.
