Cox Media Group Names Ken Newman Director of Sales for San Antonio

COX MEDIA GROUP SAN ANTONIO has named KEN NEWMAN Director of Sales for the market's radio cluster, effective SEPTEMBER 17th. Bringing more than 16 years of executive sales and business management experience to his new role, NEWMAN will oversee sales operations for Classic Hits KONO (101.1), Rock KISS-FM, Country KKYX (680AM and 104.9), Hot AC KSMG (MAGIC 105.3), Classic Rock KTKX (THE EAGLE 106.7), Country KCYY (Y100) and Adult HIts KONO 86.

Throughout his career, NEWMAN has strategically led, developed and implemented business initiatives, exceeding revenue targets and operating within expense budgets to meet company goals and improve profitability. In addition to his professional sales experience, he also served in the U.S. ARMY and was a member of the GREENVILLE, SC, POLICE DEPT.
