The T.J. MARTELL FOUNDATION For Cancer Research honored COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION CEO SARAH TRAHERN with its “Spirit Of Music Award” during its “44th Annual NEW YORK Honors Gala” on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 15th at CIPRIANI’s midtown NEW YORK location. ATLANTIC RECORDS’ MICHAEL KUSHNER was given the “Lifetime Music Industry Award” by the label’s JULIE GREENWALD, and BMI’s MIKE O’NEILL received the “Legacy Award” from Gospel great BEBE WINANS.

GWENDOLYN RECORDS artist TRISHA YEARWOOD was on hand to present the honor to TRAHERN, and RCA RECORDS NASHVILLE’s CHRIS YOUNG gave a three-song performance. R&B artist PINK SWEAT$ also performed at the event, hosted by comedian and actor BILL BELLAMY.
