A Big Thank You To Troops For Thanksgiving

On WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13th, just days after VETERANS DAY, members of THE BERT SHOW and dozens of volunteers gathered to help the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE pick up thousands of THE BERT SHOW’s Big Thank You letters. Over 130,000 handwritten Thank You letters were received from the nation and beyond to be delivered to our troops deployed outside the UNITED STATES just in time for THANKSGIVING.

The nationally syndicated show kicked off their annual Big Thank You campaign this FALL, in an effort to give thanks to all the men and women that serve our country. This year was made possible by INGLES MARKETS as they sponsored and covered the cost for Big Thank You.

“I would really like to thank every single person who participated in this year’s Big Thank You campaign,” said BERT WEISS, host of THE BERT SHOW. “There is so much honor in making our deployed military feel connected during the lonely holiday season and we hope these handwritten letters from home brighten their days and show them just how grateful we are for their service.”
