EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W262CM/BUFFALO to BUDDY SHULA's RADIO ONE BUFFALO, LLC for $50,000. The sale contract notes that a civil lawsuit (FELLOWSHIPWORLD INC. d/b/a TOTALLY GOSPEL NETWORK v. EDGEWATER BROADCASTING INC. and GOOD NEWS BROADCASTING, INC.) has been filed by the translator's previous LMA operator after the LMA was terminated, and that results of an FCC inspection triggered by a report by the buyer are pending. The translator will rebroadcast Oldies WECK-A/BUFFALO.
In other filings with the FCC, WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY has applied for an STA to operate KNWY/YAKIMA, WA with reduced power due to equipment failure.
21ST CENTURY BROADCASTING, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WEZO-A/AUGUSTA, GA while a sale is pending.
And EUCARIO BERMUDEZ has closed on the sale of his 25% interest in EL DORADO BROADCASTING CORP., 100% owner of WSUA BROADCASTING CORPORATION, licensee of WSUA-A/MIAMI, to 75% partner GLR SERVICES INC. for $270,000.
In a deal yet to be filed with the Commission, TED TUCKER's COCHISE BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Hits KXJW/NORTH ROCK SPRINGS, WY and KWXR/RELIANCE, WY to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for an undisclosed price. KALIL & CO., INC. brokered the deal.
