17 More Markets Add HD2 Programming

The HD DIGITAL RADIO ALLIANCE has added 17 new markets to the list of areas rolling out HD2 subchannel formats.
The new markets include GRAND RAPIDS; FRESNO; WILKES BARRE-SCRANTON; ALLENTOWN-BETHLEHEM-EASTON; KNOXVILLE; OMAHA; AKRON; WILMINGTON, DE; SARASOTA; MONTEREY-SALINAS-SANTA CRUZ; SYRACUSE; HARRISBURG; STOCKTON; BAKERSFIELD; BATON ROUGE; TOLEDO; and LITTLE ROCK.
The new formats are expected to be live on JANUARY 31, bringing the total number of markets with HD2 programming to 85, all in the top 100.
