Sony BMG Taps Hill, Ochoa As VPs/Music Licensing

MACK HILL and KENNY OCHOA have been appointed VPs/Music Licensing for SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT. HILL previously held the VP/Film & TV Music posts for SONY/ATV MUSIC PUBLISHING and WARNER MUSIC GROUP, while OCHOA was most recently VP/Film & TV Licensing for SANCTUARY RECORDS GROUP. They are based in LOS ANGELES and NEW YORK, respectively, and report to Sr. VP/Music Licensing PAULA ERICKSON.
"During the course of his career, MACK has developed successful licensing campaigns for a wide range of artists and titles across all visual media, ranging from video games to television commercials, television programs, films, and film trailers," ERICKSON said. "His experience and talent will be important assets as we continue to build on our successes in the area of film and TV music licensing.
"KENNY's strong experience encompasses all aspects of licensing, including everything from developing concepts, to pitching, negotiating and contract administration.
