Les Ross Takes Middays At BBC WM/Birmingham

BIRMINGHAM, UK market veteran LES ROSS returns from semi-retirement to take over 1-4p weekdays at BBC WM/BIRMINGHAM, bumping DANNY KELLY to 10p-1a MONDAYS through THURSDAYS and 9a-noon SUNDAYS and sending night host JIMMY FRANKS to SATURDAY mornings and fill-in, according to the BIRMINGHAM MAIL.
ROSS started at BBC RADIO BIRMINGHAM, now BBC WM, in 170, later working at RADIO TEES/NEWCASTLE, BRMB, XTRA AM, and SAGA 105.7/BIRMINGHAM, then returned to the BBC for weekends in FEBRUARY 2005. The new lineup takes effect in APRIL.
