EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is buying ALBANY, GA Urban simulcast WFFM/ASHBURN, GA and WRXZ/SYLVESTER, GA (HOT 106) from ON TOP COMMUNICATIONS (debtor in possession) for $615,000.
In other sales filed with the FCC, PABLO VEGA and RICHARD VEGA have sold 100% of the shares of PROFESSIONAL BROADCASTING LLC, licensee of Business News/Talk WDJA-A/DELRAY BEACH, FL, to THE BETTY GINSBURG REVOCABLE TRUST for $2.1 million.
NRS ENTERPRISES INC. sells Southern Gospel WJIG-A/TULLAHOMA, TN to ROY and JOYCE WOODS' THE WOODS GROUP INC. for $150,000.
SHAE ENTERPRISES INC. has sold Country KFIR-A/SWEET HOME, OR to MICHAEL ASTALIS' RADIO FIESTA NETWORK LLC for $500,000 cash. The buyer programs KWRM-A/CORONA, CA and KWRN-A/APPLE VALLEY, CA under an LMA with MAJOR MARKET STATIONS INC.
