CLEAR CHANNEL is selling AAA KBAC (RADIO FREE SANTA FE)/LAS VEGAS-SANTA FE, NM (and its booster in SANTA FE) and Jazz KSFQ (THE CAT)/WHITE ROCK-SANTA FE, NM to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION for $1.5 million.

METRO COMMUNICATIONS INC. sells silent WQXL-A/COLUMBIA, SC to ALEX SNIPE's GLORY COMMUNICATIONS INC. for $200,000. The buyer owns four other stations in the market.
LESEA BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling Sports Talk WDOW-A (FOX SPORTS RADIO)/DOWAGIAC, MI to LARRY LANGFORD's LANGFORD BROADCASTING LLC for $90,000 (real property) and $1 (equipment and license). The deal includes an LMA before closing. LANGFORD already owns Oldies WGTO-A/CASSOPOLIS, MI in the SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN area.
OHANA RADIO PARTNERS is selling the construction permit for KAWV/LIHUE, HI to its General Partner JAMES PRIMM for $100 and assumption of debt.
EDWARD LIIN sells the construction permit for FM translator K268AV/MOAB, UT to DENNIS SILVER for $6,000.
MARK M. SNOW sells the construction permit for FM translator W235AX/TUSCALOOSA, AL to TTI INC. for $10. The translator will rebroadcast WUAL/TUSCALOOSA.
And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY and its EDGEWATER BROADCASTING are selling the construction permits for five FM translators -- W227AP/LUCEDALE, AL, W295AJ/JACKSON, AL, W223AW amd W237BE/BREWTON, AL, W258AQ/CITRONELLE, AL -- to GOFORTH MEDIA INC. for $9,000 ($3,000 each). The translators will rebroadcast WBHY/MOBILE.
