UNIVISION/PHILADELPHIA LSM LIZETTE ALICEA has joined iHEARTMEDIA Spanish Hits WUMR (RUMBA 106.1)/PHILADELPHIA as VP/Sales. ALICEA worked with iHEARTMEDIA as an Integrated Media Sales Exec. in NEW YORK in 2007-11 and has also worked with WMGK and WXPN/PHILADELPHIA.
