BLOUNT BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Classic Country WGAP-A-W290DJ/MARYVILLE-KNOXVILLE, TN and Sports WKVL-A-W265DR/MARYVILLE-KNOXVILLE to LOUD MEDIA for $175,000. LOUD MEDIA partner RICKI LEE said, “Acquiring these two heritage stations further shows our commitment to the KNOXVILLE, TN market. We are excited to be expanding our footprint and very much look forward to sharing our plans for these signals on completion."

In filings with the FCC, MARK PORTER's GLOBECOM MEDIA, LLC is selling Country KIOX-F (96 COUNTRY/EDNA-EL CAMPO, TX to DAVID M. ROWELL's BAY AND BEYOND BROADCASTING LLC for $360,000 ($235,000 cash, $125,000 in a promissory note). GLOBECOM recently filed to sell Classic Hits KKHA (HAPPY RADIO 92.5)/MARKHAM, TX to the same buyer for $240,000 (NET NEWS 4/11).

SUN BROADCASTING INC. has closed on the sale of W231DC/FORT MYERS, FL to FORT MYERS BROADCASTING CO. for $35,000.

And HISPANIC FAMILY CHRISTIAN NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of K257GE/SAN FRANCISCO to LAZER LICENSES, LLC for $300,000. The primary station is AUDACY LGBTQ+ KGMZ-A (CHANNEL Q)/SAN FRANCISCO.
